With 10 years of culinary experience, Carreno brings an impressive culinary background to Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Quickly making his way to Chef de Cuisine of local Seattle restaurants, Carrenno then entered the hospitality Food & Beverage industry. Carreno has continued to learn throughout his journey, as he recently experienced an internship in a fine-dining establishment in Spain. Carreno has spent much of his Seattle culinary journey simultaneously teaching at Seattle Central Culinary Arts Café, before moving to The George inside Fairmont Olympic Hotel as Executive Chef.
